What is Hotdesking?

Since the 1990‘s Hot Desking has become a popular expression to describe a new way of working in the work place. This terms derives from an old naval expression referring to “hot bunking’ where space was at a premium and the sailors effectively shared the limited bunk space. Today, of course, it is a means of sharing desks and saving space and resources by working smarter.

Where?

Based in the trendy Norther Quarter of Manchester City Centre, the Peach Partnership venue is a modern environment just 5 minutes from Piccadilly Gardens. Our hot desking facilities offer you the chance to work in professional office surroundings at an affordable cost. Workstations can be booked on an hourly or daily basis to suit your needs. The Hot Desking service is available from 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday, late nights and weekends by arrangement.

We offer two options:

Creative Hot Desk

Each Creative hot desk will have a 20” iMac, fully installed with Adobe Creative Suite and Apple Final Cut Studio, with full internet access. Photocopier and colour printing output will also be available.

• One Hour = £10 (additional hours at £5 per hour)
• Half Day = £25
• Full Day = £45
• One week = £150

Hot Desk

Alternatively, if you just need to Hot Desk with your own laptop, you’ll have your own desk with full internet access. Photocopier and colour printing output also available.

• One Hour = £5 (additional hours at £2.50 per hour)
• Half Day = £15
• Full Day = £35
• One week = £115

Both Packages include the following:

• Free Black & White Printing facilites (fair usage policy applies)
• Free tea & coffee
• Free WiFi
• Business rates, buildings insurance, electricity, water, security, cleaning and health & safety
• Access to a variety of on-site, chargeable business services such as photocopying, fax etc.
